I have suffered from chronic muscle pain and stiffness, and excruciating migraines for decades now and felt more and more hopeless over time, resigned to a lifetime of this debilitating condition and a loss of quality of life, limited social functioning and vastly reduced work productivity. I spent thousands of hours and thousands of dollars on various kinds of therapies over many years - from seeing a pain and headache specialist to a naturopath and receiving acupuncture, massage and chiropractic treatments weekly, all to no avail.
Becoming more and more discouraged over time but not willing to give up, I tried homeopathic medicine. It sounded completely contradictory to any kind of logical health approach and yet, somehow, by taking a small sugar pellet coated with a tiny dilution of a remedy (1/1000ths) or stirring a glass of water with a remedy and taking just 1 tablespoon of water, for the first time, my health was being impacted. My ongoing stiffness would disappear for days at a time, or my periods would completely change in terms of onset, heaviness, duration and pain. I'd never experienced anything this dramatic before. Because my poor health condition has existed for decades, sometimes my symptoms do get worse with homeopathic treatments but I understand this is also part of the healing process and experiencing overall improvement in my health over time has given me hope that I will begin to resume a normal life free of pain once again. Not having to be dependent on pain-relieving drugs with their long terms negative effects and knowing that homeopathy is stimulating my body to naturally heal itself, I look forward to enjoying many years of good health and vitality.
